yes123 求職網調查指出，有七成七 (77.4%) 的企業透露本季有徵才計畫，就產業別來看，以「餐飲住宿與休閒旅遊」(89.2%)、「批發零售與貿易」(85.5%)、「科技資訊」(84.6%)，以及「傳統製造業」(79.5%)、「金融保險與會計統計」(78.4%) 徵才意願相對高，提供年後有意換跑道的民眾參考。
yes123 求職網調查顯示，在可複選情況下，本季計畫徵才的企業，釋出的主要職缺類型有：69.2% 屬於「基層員工」；屬於「第一線門市或銷售、業務人員」的佔 46.2%；屬於「儲備幹部」部分的有 38.5%；屬於「產線作業員」也有 30.8%。
對新工作的月薪期望值，此次調查顯示，平均落在 39,802 元，比前一季期望的 39,879 元，略低 77 元，等於微減 0.2%。若與廠商開出的 33,054 元條件相比，這中間落差仍高達 17%。(勞資雙方月薪差距有 6,748 元)，因此想在今年首季順利轉職，立刻媒合成功換工作，仍須要加一把勁。
1111 人力銀行調查的企業本季徵才計畫結果顯示，以民生服務業、醫療農牧環境及資訊科技業徵才意願最高。進一步詢問企業徵才的主因，以「填補流失人力」、「例行性徵才」及「轉職季搶才」最多，職務需求則以業務貿易、美容餐旅、生產製造三大職務最多，與產業相互呼應。
大聯盟外野手人才荒，就在大都會隊簽下頂級外野手「古巴重砲」 Yoenis Cespedes後，藍鳥隊傳出也想要大都會隊外野手Curtis Granderson，Jay Bruce兩人。
